Refund wants you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Champu Brands. We understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around purchasing products whose fit or material you may not be sure of. Our returns policy guidelines take care of all that. Read on to know more (we want you to know we value you and that's why there's absolutely no "fineprint"!)

 All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

 Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return.

 The refund amount on a successful return will be credited to you in the form of a credit to your cash back account on The credit would not be transferrable and would be usable only on your user ID on Champu.

 No exchange or replacement requests will be serviced. Given the seasonal nature of the products we sell, it is not possible for us to maintain stock for all product types sold over the trailing 30 day period. Therefore, we urge you to kindly place a fresh order on our system using the refund coupon issued to you on successful return.

 You would be reimbursed Rs 99 to cover your shipping costs for returns shipped by you. This is on condition of your return being approved by our QA team.

What can I return?

You can return any products ordered from within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our Quality team, please ensure you take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not affect the original condition of the products in any way.

How do I return products to

Simply mail us the details at to apprise us of any issues with the products you have received and would like to place a return request for.

How long will the entire process take?

Once your return request has been placed, it usually takes about 2 or 3 days to organize a pickup (at the moment, only for Delhi). Allow for about 3-4 days for delivery to In case you are shipping the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.

From the time that we receive your returns, your returns would be processed and the refund credited to your cash back account within 2 working days.

Do I get charged for returning products?

We do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. In case you ship your return product back to us yourself, a shipping cost of Rs 99 would be reimbursed as part of your return refund amount to compensate to some extent the inconvenience caused to you.

That said, we do encourage you to use our logistics services for returns as that allows us to track your consignments and process your request much faster. While the pickup services provided by Logistics are currently available in Delhi, we are ramping up our operations rapidly to extend our services in several other key metros very shortly.

How will I be refunded for the return?
